We have been very impressed with this theme and the support. If you email them you always get a reply within 24 hours. They do custom work for a fraction of what "shopify experts" charge. We lose this theme, the support and the custom work that has been done, at very cheap prices.

My store was really blah and not converting. Once I switched to this theme my business really changed. Abandoned carts turns into conversions. It just gave me the added features to make my website stand out and give buyers confidence to pull the trigger. I have needed help and they always respond within 24 hours. Highly recommend this theme.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is the second time I bought this Theme. I requested support to add a badge to my website. He told me I had to pay for it. The only feature of this Teheme is "Sidebar", apart from that it has no extra features. You certainly cannot get customer support.! You simply cannot get support! THANKS FOR YOUR RUDE E-MAIL John! Bought the theme, first time I needed some help, sent in a request, was told to "write the code and mod the code myself". I am not a code savy tech person, was not the help I was looking for to increase a font size on a banner in the theme. Was not impressed with the answer or support. Would not recommend.
