The Symmetry theme has been a joy to use. It’s intuitive, flexible, and actually fun to build a store with. Everything feels well thought out, and the support has been outstanding whenever we needed help. Huge thanks to the Clean Canvas team for such a brilliant overall experience!

This theme is not customizable at all. The paddings are all off. It updates constantly and every time it does something gets screwed up. Not user friendly what so ever. For $400 VERY disappointed :(

There is no paid customization support option from the company. They tell customers to go elsewhere.

We bought multiple Clean Canvas themes, but the Product List block is very limited—only Card or Image layouts, no swatch or text size display. For stores listing sizes/colors as separate products, this restricts flexibility. Despite feedback over a year ago, no real updates were made. Basic features still need custom work, adding cost and time.

Amazing theme, easy to operate, excellent customer service, fast and concise solutions. Highly recommended!
