We bought multiple Clean Canvas themes, but the Product List block is very limited—only Card or Image layouts, no swatch or text size display. For stores listing sizes/colors as separate products, this restricts flexibility. Despite feedback over a year ago, no real updates were made. Basic features still need custom work, adding cost and time.

Amazing theme, easy to operate, excellent customer service, fast and concise solutions. Highly recommended!

Awesome theme and Great support

We rated this theme highly about five years ago after testing dozens of themes across our Middle East sites, but it has not evolved enough since. It still lacks a mobile quick-buy button, a feature studies have shown can lift conversions by around 30%. It may suit catalog-style stores more than mobile-first ecommerce.

Every time I had a question, the support team responded quickly and helped me solve it without delay. Mitch from customer support is amazing — always patient and even provides detailed video tutorials to guide me through the steps. Really appreciate the great service and highly recommend this theme.

Customer service is really fast and they go above and beyond helping with issues - even when it wasn't related to the theme. Solutions are always given with a video explanation as well.

Customer service was no helpful the first two times I contacted them and game me generic responses. When i followed up and asked that they actually look at my site they were then helpful, reviewed my site , identified the problem and sent a video with explanation. The issue was not related to their theme but an app I deleted that was still attempting to run and slowing down my site tremendously.
