I bought the theme in the hope that it would be smooth and stylish. Unfortunately, only the features are included when you buy the theme and unfortunately not the design that you see on the website. I've had to design the whole site myself. With that said, I've had to email support for every thing I've gotten stuck on. There are always question marks and it has dragged on for a long time.
Hi Dream Decor, thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We also wish we could ship the complete design with the theme file but this is just not the way Shopify works. The theme comes with the same default layout of sections, but themes and the theme editor are meant to be configured, this is just the way the platform works - and not as a result of the theme. Our demos are just examples.
Have been using theme for over a year with excellent function, then on a recent update had a small code issue. Texted support and like magic back to 100% in under 24 hrs…. amazing service, support and functionality. Would highly recommend Clean Canvas in a heart beat any day of the week. 👍

Minor bug fix to discount labels on the product page.
