I'm at https://jamiehansenart.com - have around 300 products with multiple variations. I've used Symmetry for about a year and I think it was one of the best investments I made on my store. The symmetry theme comes out of the box with support for creating "subcategories" - Collections of categories on page. The new version has options for disabling the quantity boxes, and other options. Love it!
So this is my second time reviewing this theme! I have totally gotten the hang of it and have been pleased with how responsive the team is when something is amiss (which has been on my end!) I have really been able to play and tweak this theme to get a branded look that I am proud of!
