The theme is great, it works seamlessly from browser to browser. It's all I could want. But even more importantly is the customer service you'll get with this theme. The good folks at Clean Themes worked night & day with me as I figured out the shopify learning curve. Just keep in mind that they are located in the UK so it might be a night before you hear back. VERY POSITIVE REVIEW: I hesitated for a long time between Symmetry and Retina Themes. I have now built sites with both themes and I have to say, there's a lot of simplicity with Symmetry that allows for creative expression. If you look at sample sites with Symmetry, there's quite a range of looks! Also the support team is fantastic and intelligent. Kudos!
This is an update to our previous reply I take back what I said about their support. In the past 3 weeks, we've been doing some custom work with Clean Themes and Will and the team have been nothing but fantastic to us! They must have gone on vacation for a tad bit or something where communication was slow, but everything has worked out beautifully! STUNNING work!
Very nice theme. Even nicer support team. Quick response and helpful. They fix minor bugs for free. They also have paid customization services. Overall, very happy to use their services.
