The theme menu had problem. Rob asked for access to our site to fix it. Nothing happen after days. I sent multiple emails in 10 days time. They did not respond to us at all. If you buy their theme, and something goes wrong. You are on your own. Bad business model.
I'm a little surprised from reading the bad reviews for this theme. I've been using it for the past year or so and I'm actually closing down my wordpress site to stay on Shopify. Everything runs smoothly, and all my customers love my shop and trust the process from the landing home page to the check out. I've had a couple of questions and Suzie from the team has always come back to me quickly!
Do not purchase this theme. It's unfinished and not worth $180. A pretty home page but the pretty face ends there. The Contact Us page is from 1996. The page.liquid page to build a brand story is not much better. There is no way to choose different product templates so even products that are out of stock show in stock and shipping. Outreach to customer support proved just as worthless. Stay away.
