Exceptional Theme and Outstanding Support! The Symmetry Chantilly theme is absolutely fantastic! The design is clean, modern, and incredibly versatile, making it the perfect choice for showcasing our products. I was firstly very frustrated with a third-party app not working as I was told it would do with this theme, (I was assured by the 3rd part app that it worked perfectly fine with symmetry theme), and it did not. However, I got a great customer service response from the theme developer making me understand the issue better. It's a great looking theme, suitable for my products and brand.

Both Shopify and Gelato provided incorrect assurances. App developers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with themes. Please contact Gelato to address these issues, as leaving a review here won’t help resolve them as we cannot fix a broken app.

We purchased this theme and made modifications. When we went to add a wholesale store, we found out the theme does not support many Shopify features (combined listings, catalogs, etc), even though the theme listing says "Works with the latest Shopify features". Poor support. Were pretty much told, too bad.

- Improve image prioritisation to increase performance
- Improve appearance of multi-level bullet-point lists in RTE
- Improve handling of variant-not-selected error messages on iOS
- New fonts selected for presets where prior ones were deprecated
- RTL now optionally affects overlay placement (new advanced setting to disable)
- Fix Hotspots section causing horizontal scrolling when in RTL
- Fixed peek carousel layout issue when in RTL
