The Symmetry theme needs some serious accessibility updates (like ALT tags on the built in Icons for account, cart and search) among a few other things. Have tried to find an email to request assistance but cannot find contact info. Small businesses are getting sued left and right for THOUSANDS of dollars and this theme requires mino tweaking to be complaint. Assistance would be appreciated.

Theme is slow. I love the look of the theme, but for $300 I wish I would’ve went with something else due to the terrible support. I have a few issues with the theme and support takes more than 24-48 hours to reach back out. It’s been a frustrating experience and I wouldn’t recommend going through the hassle.

Our support team seems to have contact with you and manage to help resolve the issue being caused by an App. Please note that our support operates Monday to Friday so any emails sent on the weekend won't be picked up till Monday.
