Happy with our new theme. Moving to a Web 2.0 theme was a nice change for us. Very easy to set up new templates with multiple layout options. Loading a little faster than our old theme which is nice considering how many photos we are loading with the new theme. Support is good, just keep in mind that they are 8+ hours ahead in the UK.
I've worked with lots of different Shopify Themes throughout the last couple of years, but Symmetry is definitely the most comprehensive theme with lots of nice functions and features. Can absolutely recommend it! Oh, and the support is super fast and helpful, too. 10/10.

Updating my negative review I left about the lack of customer support. The team reached out after since they are not available on weekends. They messaged me on every social media platform I have telling me to to update my negative review to a positive one, which I did not really like. Aside from that, the theme looks very minimal and professional, as it works well for my small business.
We appreciate the update. We try to contact merchants via other methods if we don't get a quick response and wanted to know if we could help ASAP as it sounded like your store was having trouble. I'm glad we were able to figure out the issue was caused by an app and that solved the problem. We wish you all the best with your store.

Happy with our new theme. Moving to a Web 2.0 theme was a nice change for us. Very easy to set up new templates with multiple layout options. Loading a little faster than our old theme which is nice considering how many photos we are loading with the new theme. Support is good, just keep in mind that they are 8+ hours ahead in the UK.
I've worked with lots of different Shopify Themes throughout the last couple of years, but Symmetry is definitely the most comprehensive theme with lots of nice functions and features. Can absolutely recommend it! Oh, and the support is super fast and helpful, too. 10/10.
