Just had my first experience contacting customer service at CT. They were great, super fast, friendly, and helpful. I also love this theme. I'm not a tech person, but it is easy to navigate. I was able to create a professional site in just a couple of hours. mirthcaftans.com

The posted negative reviews mentioning a lack of support must be from an earlier (perhaps understaffed) time, because these folks have their stuff together now. The theme is easy to populate, simple to alter and smooth as hell to use. Support was great with all of my questions answered (in full) within a day. -30 Watt / Makers of Amusing

I now have a massive smile on my face. Customer service has been much better than previous, helpful representatives and swift response. Although, I will still prefer contact via telephone :)
