I'm updating my review as I've received outstanding support from Clean Canvas -- Mitch in particular, who carefully explained and created videos that illustrated how to fix an issue I was having. After doing our research and reading all the reviews to Symmetry theme, we had high hopes of an awesome theme and a helpful support team to work with, unfortunately this was not the case for us. We migrated all our of data from our old theme to Symmetry, apple to apple migration, didn't change a thing and have only added one single app and yet the speed of our website changed significantly. Bad!
We're really glad we had the chance to connect and provide more context on how certain installed apps were impacting performance, as well as addressing your other questions about the theme.
