I'm updating my review as I've received outstanding support from Clean Canvas -- Mitch in particular, who carefully explained and created videos that illustrated how to fix an issue I was having. He went above and beyond and I was impressed. Using Symmetry has been easy and straightforward -- I am not a developer but have had almost no issues as I've built the site.

After doing our research and reading all the reviews to Symmetry theme, we had high hopes of an awesome theme and a helpful support team to work with, unfortunately this was not the case for us. We migrated all our of data from our old theme to Symmetry, apple to apple migration, didn't change a thing and have only added one single app and yet the speed of our website changed significantly. Bad!
We're really glad we had the chance to connect and provide more context on how certain installed apps were impacting performance, as well as addressing your other questions about the theme. Support for the Symmetry theme has been outstanding! I've contacted Mitch with a couple of questions, so far. Both times he created simple-to-follow videos for me. These were not links to general, canned responses; they were instructional videos created for me and directed specifically at my issue. No one has ever done this for me before. I was more than pleasantly surprised at his thoroughness.

I try to join the help center for symmetry but it's impossible to send an email the button send d'ont working !!!! please help me ! there are some bug in the new version and I need to update my website. Writing a review is a good way to get help. They are then very responsive and efficient. Thank you
