Tuve una experiencia decepcionante con este desarrollador. Compré su tema por error y, pese a explicar la situación y no haberlo usado, se negaron a realizar el reembolso. Falta empatía y flexibilidad para resolver errores genuinos. Esperaba una mejor atención y apoyo postventa dentro del ecosistema de Shopify. No recomiendo este desarrollador.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your situation. As Shopify Theme Partners, we don’t process payments directly and therefore aren’t able to issue refunds. All transactions are handled by Shopify.
