The issue I previously faced has now been resolved. The team addressed my concern, and the theme is working fine for my store. Overall, the experience is now satisfactory.

I paid for this theme, there are so many defects about this theme, you will find them while installing your store. Shopify customer service recommended me to contact this theme support, well, this theme support recommended to use developer market, and they could not offer any supports, so This is a fraud. don't use this , they just want to obtain your money.

I had a few issues with some parts of the theme but Richard was quick to respond to help me resolve them.

I've been using Testament for almost 2 years now, and I love it! SO easy to set up and its great that when I update products, they instantly appear in real time (on my previous e-commerce site it took almost a week to catch up!) A few things on my wishlist going forward (hope you're listening shopify, lol) are a facility to do Pre-Orders for items, a facility to sign up for stock notifications.

Great theme and been using for years, hit a bit of trouble with the site due to an update with shopify but Richard from their support team resolved very quickly - less than 24 hours - would definite recommend just based on service itself

I have been using the Testament theme for many years now and I only have good things to say about it. If you ever have any questions, someone is always quick to respond and they are always so helpful and friendly, which I find rare to find these days. I would highly recommend this theme to anyone thinking about it. 10/10, can't fault a thing. Thank you for the excellent theme and service!

We had 3-4 final contenders for our Shopify 2.0 retheme, and I SO REGRET picking Testament. I do have dev access but am quite competent at pasting CSS. However, EVERY TIME I want to make a simple change myself, Testament blocks basic things and hard codes in absurd elements so I am trying CSS, then JSON, etc. I cannot disable their default chat, so it shows ON TOP of my HelpScout chat. 2/10 theme.

Great and responsive support received from Tiffany. She answered my questions about a theme customization I needed and offered some good options at a solution.

It works great for our store and Tiffany in support was amazing helping me fix something with my theme setup.
