We had 3-4 final contenders for our Shopify 2.0 retheme, and I SO REGRET picking Testament. I do have dev access but am quite competent at pasting CSS. However, EVERY TIME I want to make a simple change myself, Testament blocks basic things and hard codes in absurd elements so I am trying CSS, then JSON, etc. I cannot disable their default chat, so it shows ON TOP of my HelpScout chat. 2/10 theme.
Very surprised to receive this review as we can't see any prior emails to our support team. It sounds like you are running into issues when trying to change or add code. We don't have a chat module in the theme so it would appear that you have 2 different apps fighting for the same position on the screen which would be easy to rectify. We have reached out and hope to be given the chance to help

Every now and then I wish there were certain features available with Testament that I see with other themes, AND it would be super helpful to have video tutorials the features (YouTube channel? ~ BUT I've used Testament theme for several years now, and I really do love it. Their customer service has been great too, and they usually respond in just a few hours! :)

This update changes the fonts that are assigned to each of themes presets ahead of the Shopify monotype font deprecation.
We have removed all code references to Shopifys product reviews app which will cease functioning on May 6th 2024. Follow Shopifys documentation to migrate to another app.
