Their support has been incredibly prompt and thorough, and I truly appreciate the assistance they have provided via email. Although I am using their service from Japan, it has been very user-friendly. The design and support they offer far exceed the cost, and it has been a great help!

Worst support ever! They don't respond even after acknowledging the issue. One of the most important feature of this theme is not working and they don't care even after multiple emails.
