Hey there, while inventory columns are not yet supported in this section, you can look into apps that may apply this as a feature for you in the Shopify App Store (https://bit.ly/3M9GxtV). The variants should show in a column, so customers can choose what variant they'd like by adding quantities for that specific variant.

Hello, on the product page you can click on Add Block under the Product Information section to add the Inventory status block. As long as your inventory is tracked through the admin (which is required for it to appear, otherwise it just shows as a blank spot,) it will show your remaining inventory with some settings you can use to customize it.
