The updates are a secondary problem. When I called for help all I received was finger pointing towards Shopify and when I called them they pointed fingers right back to you. I was not being unprofessional and did not call any individual a lier. REBUILDING A SITE EACH UPDATE IS RIDICULOUS AND IT IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT WORTH THE TIME OR EFFORT. DON'T BUY IT!!!!!!!!

I bought this paid theme expecting basic product card alignment to work properly. Product grids and sliders look inconsistent, and support says fixing it is outside standard support. For a $100 theme, basic ecommerce layout should not require extra paid customization. Very disappointing.

The design is clean and user-friendly, with strong functionality. The overall experience is smooth, and the support team resolves issues quickly and efficiently.

This theme is awesome! It provides everything my business needs and produced 100s of sales in the 1st month. What is even more awesome is the customer service and team of developers who worked hard to provide a feature I requested, the speed of turn around and attention to detail is best in class, now my customers can enjoy features that make their shopping experience even better. For this fair price, you get a different original theme, with some functionalities that a lot of 400$ themes don't even offer! MPIthemes, don't make it a reason to increase the price! 😉

I do not recommend this theme AT ALL! Terrible functionality, weird customizations (svg icons huge, can't change section background colors, can't remove a huge wonky chat circle from the theme, theme templates don't work) Not to mention support isn't timely at all like they advertise. Save your $$. 3/31 Update I tried to give the theme a chance but still the features/customer service are terrible

Theme is light weight and its good. Support should have been little faster since if there is any issue comes, entire business will get halted. Considering the price, its really worth.

It has everything we need, with no complications or difficulties. We love it.
