I have switched themes a couples times, searching for the perfect one, and this theme is the best one I have had HANDS DOWN! I am so in love with the way my website is presented though this theme. Not only is this theme amazing but the company who makes it is even more amazing! Richard has been so kind and helpful and has gone above and beyond for my site. You won't regret downloading this theme!!
The Vantage theme is hands down the best looking and easiest theme to use! Richard at Underground Media couldn't do more to help us achieve the kind of website we wanted. No idea why chikum is not satisfied, I have in fact the opposite experience with Underground Media: I think the customer service is AWESOME! Richard is extremely helpful, very fast in replying and a great support! He is never tired to explain things, always there when I need help and made it super easy to customize this theme. I've gotten lots of great feedback on the design of theme and within the first two weeks my shop was featured on a national television show and a national magazine. I must say that Richard's customer support has been impeccable. He has gone above and beyond in every manner. He made having an online business so easy, I couldn't have launched it without him.
Not sure why this theme would get a negative review. We recently went responsive and I was nervous about the switch. I only have basic HTML knowledge but this was easy to use and customize. But the best part is Richard's support. He answered ALL of my MANY questions almost immediately. I never felt stranded and when we went live he was there to troubleshoot right away. You really can't go wrong.
This theme is terrible once you get into the nitty gritty… it looks nice on the surface but overall its mechanics are weak. The support was non-existent and when I finally got a response, it was a mixed up answer that went nowhere and solved nothing.
This theme is perfect for anyone who is selling clothing online. It has more options than any of the other themes I've come across. Richard@Underground is a HUGE help if you run into any trouble with it, as well. You can't go wrong with this theme.

As far as Shopify themes go, this is a great theme for a clothing store with many options to cater to a great end-user experience. Also, the support is top notch. Quick replies, quick fixes, and very helpful. Thanks for a great store!
At first, I was kind of peeved that I ran into some bugs because I've had bad experiences on prestashop with things that just didn't work, but Underground Media was really good about fixing things fast. Anyway, I think this theme has a lot of great features that other themes just don't have and it's getting really close to what I want. I look forward to Underground Media's next theme.
