Very happy!! I had a couple of small issues and I asked via email for tech support. The guys from Under Ground Media were just great! They assisted and replied to all our emails and requests, while we were creating our web site. I would highly recommend any template from them. We've now upgraded to the Mr Parker template (Under Ground Media as well) and are still very happy.

I love my new Underground theme, and I can't wait to launch the new design. It's so much of what I was looking for. I even asked for a special customization, and the support was amazing - fast and easy to work with. If you're thinking about buying an Underground theme, do it. I've seen a few of these below but I am going to say it again, Richard is awesome. The theme works amazingly. Most changes we have been able to incorporate ourselves with simple html/css knowledge. If there is something we cannot do Richard gets is right away. I would recommend this theme and more importantly I recommend the developer. Great Job Richard!

Richard is a fast machine, he get's the work done no matter how small of an issue it is. Easily one of the best developers I have worked with, if you are even thinking of trying it out, go with your gut. Highly recommended - sales have increased and the online shop feels luxurious and sleek.
