The support team here is very reassuring, as they resolve any issues quickly. The templates are difficult to use and many parts are not available in Japanese, so people who are not familiar with English may find it difficult. As such, I recommend contacting the support team as soon as possible and asking for assistance.

Ritual Recovery
Good build overall. Easy to work with. Like any theme, it won't be 100% what you want. More like 90%. That's just the reality of pre-made themes. However, the support team is very helpful & generous with the amount of fixes/changes they offer. Gets you close to that last 10%. I've built a few websites - this was the best experience. Would work with them again.
