This theme is clean and professional, and customer service is good. My only complaint is lack of built-in customization. I asked them about this and they said they try and keep shops from looking messy. We are paying for the theme, we should decide that. I regret not diving into theme settings more deeply before I purchased. Be sure to look thoroughly and make sure it's a good fit for your shop.
The Venue theme cannot be beat. I've used it now for years and still love it. It's clean, intuitive and ultra professional looking, while being incredibly user friendly. On a computer is not where I like to spend my time, but it's so easy to update and just makes things look good. And, Safe As Milk, who developed the Theme, is incredibly helpful and supportive. Highly Recommend.
