This theme and the builder has been excellent! We launched our store with ~10 products earlier this year and it has been flawless. There is plenty of customization, and with the recent updates it makes it even easier to edit exactly what you want just by clicking on the area in the preview window. Highly recommended, and the builder Safe as Milk is super responsive with questions.
Phenomenal customer service! We’ve used their templates for quite awhile and have never regretted it. They have great looking templates with a lot of functionality. We highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed.
I have used this theme for a few websites I have built and LOVE it - great for desktop and mobile too. The support from Safe as Milk is beyond excellent - fast and efficient and they definitely go the extra mile to help - in technical and layman's terms. I would highly recommend VENUE or any other themes Safe as Milk develop without any hesitation..
The theme Venue is perfect for what we were after, and when we had trouble with coding an upgrade to the homepage Brian and the Safe As Milk team were extremely quick to help.

- Sporadic ‘double tap’ bug when tapping the add to cart button. Browser : Mobile Safari.
- The circular handles on the price range filter slider were displaying drop shadows. Browser : Mobile Safari.
- YouTube ‘no cookie’ code disabled, We did this as videos weren’t loading in the theme editor properly.
- The collection page price range filter had an issue when product prices were not round figures.
- The collection page price range filter logic has been adjusted for different country formatting.
