I bought this expensive theme expecting it to improve my store presentation and customer experience, but it did the opposite. The theme is heavy, poorly optimized, and made my store extremely slow. Support was disappointing: they only blame the apps, even though the same apps, photos, and videos worked well on other themes. Sales dropped and customers struggle to access the store. Total disappoint

Shopify's default link is https://domain.com/Collection/collection_name/products/products_title. I want to use https://domain.com/products/products_title by default. I don't know how to set it up. Please contact me.

I've never received support from any of my emails

No support at all. I need the team to fix the bug, but I haven't received any replies.

Their support is extremely poor. We’ve emailed them four times about the 2048 variants with no response. Shopify released this update months ago, yet a $400 premium theme still hasn’t implemented it. Very disappointing service.
