so far the theme has been amazing and support excellent! very responsive and willing to help with all my requests!

I have been using this theme for about 1 month. It provides a good user experience, clean, simple and diverse presentation methods. Although it's not perfect yet, I hope it gets better!

---VERY IMPORTANT--- We strongly discourage purchasing this theme for your store. Despite three attempts for support in the last month through the contact portal and email, there has been no response from the development team. Even after they commented on the review, stating to contact them via email, no feedback was received. Avoid this theme unless you don't require any support.

We've been using the Vision theme for a year now and we are very happy of our website. The support helped us customize some visual aspects when needed.

Great theme, layout is very nice with lots of great features and styles. Support is very good, very quick to respond and very helpful. They really go the extra mile.

I tried to contact the customer support for the help via email but no solution yet. Always shared the link for the payment for the minor and major changes. Also the ticket was open but no response yet. The marker is not working on my website and in the scrolling content the pictures are not alligned properly. Please its almost 3 weeks now and its delaying me to publish the store.
