Vision is truly an outstanding theme with a lot of options, yet it never feels cluttered. The support especially deserves a highlight — by far the fastest and best support I've ever experienced in e-commerce. All responses are explained in great detail, and every single issue I had was resolved effectively. Highly recommended, it is absolutely worth it!
The theme is ok. However their service is a one-time fee, not a monthly fee, they didn't want to solve my problems after receiving my initial payment.
I bought this expensive theme expecting it to improve my store presentation and customer experience, but it did the opposite. The theme is heavy, poorly optimized, and made my store extremely slow. Support was disappointing: they only blame the apps, even though the same apps, photos, and videos worked well on other themes. Sales dropped and customers struggle to access the store. Total disappoint
