Vivid

Disappointed with Vivid theme from Slash for our online store. Worst experience, no support despite multiple emails. Poor structure led to website not loading. Forced to switch new themes and redo development. Strongly advise against using it. Complete waste of time and resources. 👎

The theme is really good, very easy to customise, the code is light , and the support is quick and efficient

A fantastically stylish and easy-to-use theme that really helps highlight the products. Lots of elements that contribute to creating an attractive webshop that the visitor stays on for a good while. The support team was kind and fast in replying, when we had problems the team resolved immediately our issues. Highly recommended!

Nous utilisons le thème depuis quelque temps déjà et nous sommes très satisfaits de l'interface et du design qu'il propose, mais surtout, nous sommes très satisfaits du service client qui est très à l'écoute de nos demandes.

Awesome theme which is extremely easy to use and the customer service is the best! We've had a few questions getting our site up and launched and they always get back to me right away.

The theme is amazing and have a lot features. The support is the most amazing that I can have everything that you need it the team is there for help you!!

Awesome theme! Easy to customize and useful features for any e-commerce brand. Support team is very active, happy with support service. Highly recommend!!

An excellent theme with great support. The mobile journey is really great and the large inventory style is perfect for growth!

A fantastic theme. A magnificent support. Looking forward to the launch of the store and shine on the internet :)

I recently purchased the Vivd theme from Slash Theme and was impressed with its design and integration. Their customer support was exceptionally swift and knowledgeable, quickly resolving a customisation issue I faced. They followed up diligently, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, Slash Theme stands out for their excellent product and outstanding customer service.
