Getting template help is proving to be an unclear path. There is an inability to monitor the status of a request and I do not want to hire a Shopify expert to fix what they believe is a template error on the Vogue theme. It may have been easier to hire a developer to build a website and therefore award me with a direct and consistent line of communication for defects and enhancement requests.
I've requested help on fixing very small issues with the website in a VERY CLEAR and detailed manner and their responses have been vague and don't answer what I asked AT ALL. There is no support for this theme... should have listened to the most recent reviews. Waste of money.

I am very disappointed about the ridiculous support. In some countries a unit price is legally required and unsupported by the theme. Although i could have edited the templates with a bit of research by myself, I asked the support to kindly send me some information. But no help or theme-update. Instead they redirect to an affiliated developer service. Do not buy it or do not expect good support!

For me, a complete waste of money. I should of looked more at the free themes, like the Venture theme I am using now. The support for Vogue is awful. Any request you have you get no help, only that they are support and not developers. That and it takes them 5+ days to respond. Instead of passing on the requests to the developers, they send me an email with a referral link to another app...
