We have received such incredible support from Calvin at Pixel Union. We could not be more pleased with his assistance! We were able to remove our product prices and add to cart button for our unique use of the theme and Shopify site. We use the theme to showcase our makeup looks and appointment booking service. We LOVE the layout and were able to quickly develop our theme in under 2 hours!
Wish I had listened to the reviews. Was distracted by the lookbook set up and not paying attention to the product page layout which is a mess to work around, and if you want columns to do text one side and an image the other - very difficult, unless you use a third party app which has it's own issues. Found very little help forum data online, so you are very dependant on the support network.
We loved the theme. We needed to do some changes but it wasn't difficult. Technical support was very helpful and supportive, they worked with us to make sure our issues are resolved in the best possible way.
I am not happy with this theme, too many problems and not support at all. I want to get money refund. Is it possible? thank you
