I am not happy with this theme or Maestrooo. They have no number for support to call. you have to talk to AI who doesnt answer question and then makes you fill out a form and your told you will be contacted. I have a time deadline and the templates have a coding error and I can not get fixed and when I need it fixed an hour ago. There should be a phone number to call.
Love the theme. For the price it is definitely missing a few things, but it works for me. Although most people say the support is poor, I have not had to deal with support so I cannot speak to that. I think it is pretty poor business practices to not offer discounts on multi-use sites.
So you’re loving the theme but leave a negative review... This does not feel very fair. Would you appreciate it if your customers would do the same for your products? As for discounts, it is not us but Shopify platform. The licensing is one license per store, we can’t issue discount for themes.
