Loving Warehouse theme for our store with a medium to large catalogue. I wish we switched over to this theme earlier. Our site is looking cleaner and easier to use - for customers and for me in the Merchant area. The support from Maestroo has been fantastic. Always there to help clarify my queries.
I've worked with many themes and this just almost does it all. Especially happy about the product and product collection pages. Also, great support!
Yes I like the theme and it has more options than the Supply theme we were using before. The option to configure it at no cost and purchase on publish is good. I have encountered lots of small issues which considering how long this theme has been in use should not be there. Reply from support takes about 4 days. Cost at $300 USD I consider very high. Slow to load but that could be my slideshow.
We're happy to hear you like the theme :). Regarding the answer time, you sent us 2 tickets on July 1, and we answered on July 3 (so 2 days). The reason is that July 1 and July 2 were weekends, and we do not provide support at weekends. You sent another ticket on July 4 to which we replied in 6 hours. Do you have the ticket number where we answered within 4 days?
Love the theme, more importantly LOVE THE SUPPORT. quick to respond, login and fix your issue, simply the best honestly.
