Hello, I'm very unhappy with this theme it looks great, but it is incompatible with a lot of apes, and many products do not show variants of different types. Very low level support level. It is also a mistake for Shopify to allow such things to happen, it should be clear and precise that the design is one, but it must work with the applications, and if it does not work with some as described!!!

While the theme does offer great feature, however, their support team is really low! What a bottom-notch support they have, even throwing sarcastic words to a customer who ask politely. I wasn't asking to alter things that the current theme doesn't offer but already existed which do not need a an Expert to do it and yet they are asking me to look for one. NOT VALUE FOR MONEY, shame on support team
