We replied right after your last message 2 days ago and followed up again, but our emails bounced back with a mailbox error (hello@…). So it may look like we disappeared, but we’ve actually been trying to reach you. Also, everything we assisted with so far was configuration guidance only, not bugs or glitches. Please contact us from a different email so we can continue.
Droptimize
The theme does not fulfill my needs. I have to buy other sections etc to make the store look good and be more customizable. Definitely not worth 400$. I had to buy it to test out things that were not possible in the trial. Worst part is that they do not allow any way to get a refund for it, even when you have never published the theme.

We can see the theme is currently published. https://droptimize.io/ The functionality you mentioned in our support conversation relates to Section Store sections requiring code access. Shopify trial themes block code editing, so they cannot work there. This is standard behavior for all themes. We honestly don’t understand the reason for this review. If anything is unclear, we’re here to help.

So far loving the theme. It's quite flexible, has a few really good sections and features to make your store look on-brand. Nice and friendly support too!

The technical support team, Dominika in particular, is absolutely fantastic. We needed a customization and she was responsive, quick, and executed exactly what we requested. Her support made the entire process seamless. The theme is intuitive, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully built. Highly recommended!
