Switched to Pace after months of fighting a free theme and the difference is night and day. Menu, filters and product page all work the way you expect. Took me two days to get it looking right, zero code except one footer tweak. Fast on mobile, which is where most of my traffic is. Good value.
I really like the theme. It looks modern, clean, and professional, and the support has been great and very helpful. Overall, I’m happy with it so far. 😊
Hey, I emailed support at the end of last week, but I still haven't received a reply. I think there might be an issue with your support inbox because I've contacted you before and never got a response either. So far, though, the theme itself looks good.
Honestly the best Shopify theme I've ever used! My company has operated a Shopify storefront since 2012, and I've been using the Xclusive theme for about two years on two separate stores for my company. Having used half a dozen themes for the last 14 years, I know from experience that the Xclusive theme is very cleanly written, highly customizable, has EXCELLENT support, and regular updates!

Theme has a lot of great features and just great overall. The support is top-notch. 10s across the board.
Theme is nice, but have no chance to receive any support. Registration for the support forum fails, the show support email adress seems to be disabled ("domain not existing"). I would instantly change my review into a positive one if I get a chance to contact you. UPDATE: Since there are still errors with support forum and the main email adress I now got instant feedback! Now its what I expected
