I looked over multiple themes and this one has most features with a beautiful clean design. Support is friendly, responsive and helped adjust small design customisation requests. Happy with my choice and I recommend it.

The Xclusive theme is the best theme I have come across. It has so many customisable options to make your website exactly how you want it. The customer support is great too! I was having trouble with an app not displaying correctly and Jalal created custom CSS code to get it working the way it should! Highly recommend!

I was struggling with a 3rd party theme that was a nightmare to manage. Switching to this theme completely changed the game for me. The setup is simple, and the customization is very intuitive.

excellent theme and very good customer service

After the Xclusive v3.1.0 update, performance tanked: mobile INP rose from <300 ms to >500 ms and conversion dropped from 1% to ~0.6%. We tested thoroughly; the only change was the theme. Support gave no fix or timelines, just blamed apps/content. After switching to a Shopify theme, INP is <200 ms. They broke their product and took no responsibility.

The Xclusive theme is very easy to use but my add to cart stops functioning. I submitted a ticket and never heard back.
