Lots of great features and excellent support.

The Xclusive theme is the best theme I have come across. It has so many customisable options to make your website exactly how you want it. The customer support is great too! I was having trouble with an app not displaying correctly and Jalal created custom CSS code to get it working the way it should! Highly recommend!

I was struggling with a 3rd party theme that was a nightmare to manage. Switching to this theme completely changed the game for me. The setup is simple, and the customization is very intuitive.

After the Xclusive v3.1.0 update, performance tanked: mobile INP rose from <300 ms to >500 ms and conversion dropped from 1% to ~0.6%. We tested thoroughly; the only change was the theme. Support gave no fix or timelines, just blamed apps/content. After switching to a Shopify theme, INP is <200 ms. They broke their product and took no responsibility.

The Xclusive theme is very easy to use but my add to cart stops functioning. I submitted a ticket and never heard back.

I tried out a few of the free themes but they were all lacking in one way or another, just couldn't get my site how I wanted. I then previewed a few paid ones and on coming across the Xclusive one, was happy with the look, the feel, the features, and it was sensibly priced so went for it. And the support I've received for any queries post purchasing has been excellent. Would recommend it!

Very good theme. Was a little stuck with the customization, made a support ticket, and got help within 10 minutes. Absolutely wonderfull service. 10/10 would recommend.

La verdad que el tema me encanta, es super practico y además es estético, cabe destacar que el soporte es muy rápido y siempre tienen disposición para las consultas. Super recomendado !
