This theme is absolutely fantastic! It works incredibly well for retail and large product catalogs — exactly what I needed. Every time I reach out to their team, my issues get resolved without a problem. The customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend it!

Great Theme, Customer support are very quick to response and fix issues.
Theme is great since we switched to it two years ago. Easy to use, upgrades to new versions have also been easy. If I have any questions or need help, support is prompt - and they understand what I'm asking about and provide me with clear, easy to follow instructions to resolve the issue.
The theme fell far below my expectations. Compared to free Shopify themes, it offers almost no added value. There are serious responsiveness and lag issues, especially with the menus. The overall user experience is quite poor. Unfortunately, it’s one of the worst Shopify themes I’ve ever seen.

Customer support responds very quickly!
We purchased the Xtra theme with high expectations and really liked it at first. However, everything changed after buying it. You can’t properly edit or add code — nothing works as it should. We tried contacting support, but they never responded to our emails. On top of that, many tools and apps don’t work properly with this theme. Definitely do not buy this theme.
