DTF PROMO
The theme fell far below my expectations. Compared to free Shopify themes, it offers almost no added value. There are serious responsiveness and lag issues, especially with the menus. The overall user experience is quite poor. Unfortunately, it’s one of the worst Shopify themes I’ve ever seen.

We purchased the Xtra theme with high expectations and really liked it at first. However, everything changed after buying it. You can’t properly edit or add code — nothing works as it should. We tried contacting support, but they never responded to our emails. On top of that, many tools and apps don’t work properly with this theme. Definitely do not buy this theme.

The design flexibility, modern layouts, customization options, and overall performance are absolutely outstanding. UPDATE 9/14/26 I again remain so pleased with the customer service! THANK YOU Jalal! I will say I am very pleased with the customer service and quick help. I wasn't given something to try myself, instead Jalal took the reigns. When things were still a little wonky, I was able to send over screenshots and the issue was resolved. I am extremely happy with the service and help! Thank you Jalal!

Great support from S.Y.K., especially Jalal! He is very responsive, helpful, and quick to solve any issues. The theme template is also excellent: clean, professional, and easy to customise. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jalal was very helpful and prompt for providing best possible solution. The Judge.me's buttons were not showing properly on Xtra theme. Jalal did his best to come very close to what was needed. Some limitations might be from Judge.me's code. I will need to do some tweaking and/or contact Judge.me to give the final touch. Jalal responded very promptly, the issue got almost resolved in 3 days.
