We purchased 4 ShineDesign Yuva themes. Serious technical issues, poor scalability, and email-only support. When problems occurred, support is trying to fix with poor results and no refunds were offered. No responsibility taken. Be aware before purchasing.

They request specially sized images that are not ready to display. Support is slow and email-only. No refund policy and no responsibility taken for issues. Not scalable.
