Zest

Theme works perfect, and customer support even better

Our team has had a great experience with the Zest Shopify theme. It’s modern, mobile-first, and built with conversions in mind, offering a clean design and strong product discovery features. What truly stands out is the support — fast, responsive, and very reliable, making implementation and customization smooth for our team. A solid, well-built theme we confidently recommend.

The team behind this is truly amazing. Even when I had almost given up on resolving my issue, they continued investigating behind the scenes and ultimately solved it. When the person I was initially speaking with reached the limits of what she could do, she brought in another colleague, and together they didn’t stop until everything was clear. The team have been very responsive helping to sort out issues caused by a recent update to the theme. They sorted the issues for me quickly and were very helpful. Thank you!

This theme has lots of options of types of modules, but not many options for different versions of the modules (if that makes sense) I have worked with two different representatives for assistance and have had THE BEST experience with them. The latest was Lea and she sent me a customized Loom video on how to solve my problem in FOUR different ways. I appreciate the help!

Very responsive and they answered my request well, I would recommend !
