The support team has been very responsive in helping us with our custom needs. They are quick and helpful. It would be great to add in chat support in addition to the current email support offered. Thanks team!

Great help from FOXECOM - Our company had a coupe of changes we needed for the template and within 24hrs the changes were made. Incredible customer service! Highly recommend!
Many thanks for your feedback and we are always glad to help out! ^^ We wish you every success!
It has many great built in features to increase conversions and raise AOV, so I hope they continue to add more features in future updates! Things I’d like to see are in-cart upsells, quantity breaks, and more, but this theme is a great start! Update (6/29): The team once again impressed me with their support in making the requested changes to the theme. Big thanks to James for helping me optimize
Thank you so much! Your feedback is such a motivation for our team to improve products and services!
Absolutely wonderful support! Having used this theme for several days now, I am finding some quirks that I can tell are because it is a new theme. However, I know that this team will make improvements with time and it will just keep getting better. The support has been amazing and more than made up for any shortcomings that could be achieved natively. Looking forward to continuing to build!
Thank you for your feedback!! So happy that we can help you :D
