I've had this theme for 2 years and just did an update. The update has all kinds of bugs. Apps not working correctly or not at all with it. The site has become much less responsive. Moving to a new theme.
I've been using this theme for a few years and I highly recommend it and working with the OOTS support team is awesome. They're always here to support me. They'll gladly do little fixes for me otherwise I'll get help from a theme expert for the big stuff!
I've been using Retina for coming up to five years now and continue to be really happy with it. I haven't updated the theme since then so I'm sure I'm missing out on something even better. I've reached out to Out of the Sandbox a couple of times for help with adding features/customisations to my store and most recently for help to fix a bug. They are very responsive, professional, and friendly.
