Excellent theme and even better customer support!

Over all I like the theme and wish I could give it the highest rating but the support is very slow. They are based in a time zone opposite to US stores. Unless you work on your design in the middle of the night it will take a day to get a response. Currently its take days going back and forth to get a support ticket completed. The support is friendly but slow to get a support ticket resolved.

Awesome support, very helpful, and do custom changes as per the requirement. Happy to be a user.

The theme is incredible, and the support is absolutely top-notch—100/10! They respond quickly and resolve any changes or issues without hassle. I’m so happy I chose this theme, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
