The support is really great i had some issues and they were able to resolve it!
I needed help changing the colors of my Be Yours theme page and it didn't have the option to change the color on the announcement bar among some other parts. The overall look of my brand is very important and could even cost me customers. I check multiple times a day for a response because it is urgent I make the $230 that I spent on the website worth it, asap, especially when there's no refund.
