Greatly appreciate for the assistance from Nick! I have requested some customisation of theme which provides a better user experience to all customers. Instant reply with fully guidance of how to customise the theme. I would say his service was superb. Wish he could assist more in customising the theme further, unfortunately, we need a third-party theme service to fulfill our needs.

So stripped down. Honestly for this much money I'd rather use a free theme and pay a designer to create a custom theme.
