Theme looks nice, is user friendly with timely support. If you have customizations, just be aware that updates happen monthly. So you will need your developer to reapply and debug your custom code each time you update, which then gets expensive. We wanted an always-visible search bar but had to give that up. As Troop isn't interested in this feature, we may have to look elsewhere...

On the advice of Shopify we recently had to reach out on a couple of occasions for “tweaks” that we didn’t have the experience to remedy. The service from Troop was exemplary! Fast and efficient, they fixed these changes perfectly, followed up to make sure this was accurate and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Brilliant!
