Customization is inconsistent across sections. Swipeable content lacks indicators for navigation. I have been advised by the support team to hire a developer to address these points.
Thanks for the review, but these so called drawbacks are intentional, well thought design decisions. At least the first two, because the later points are just false - we do have navigation buttons for sliders and in terms of customizations, Borders has an incredible set of options list. Of course, this is still a commercial theme, not a custom design made specifically for your brand's needs.
Super fluid theme. Works well on mobile as well. The support team is extremely helpful and replies pretty much instantly. Exactly what we needed for our store.
