Unfortunately we are unable to share a positive experience. We contacted the team and the only thing we were told that we had top pay TaskHusky or Hey Carson for every change. It seemed the only thing they cared for was grabbing money somehow. That's probably why our requests were ignored. The lack of modern features such sub-menus or sticky header is also unbelievable.
I have been very pleased with the theme. Only critique issue is the menu and lack of sub-menues. But I understand that is an overall Shopify weakness. Anyways our new interior and furniture shop (www.roomformore.dk) has been adjusted a little bit to fit our needs. Theme seemed very flexible.
