I absolutely love the Canopy theme! and the customer service is really great. I always get a response within 12 hours because of the time difference - I am in Canada and Clean Canvas is in the UK - I send my email at the end of my day and wake up to my questions answered with clear instructions and reasons or suggestions as to what may be happening. Customer service is top-notch and super friendly! Most of my issues were resolved within ~24hrs and instructions were always crystal clear. As far as the theme itself, I went through a few before I decided to choose Canopy. I needed a simple one-page check-out to improve the user experience and this theme did just that. It's by far one of the easiest themes to use and customize. Highly recommend!
